Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

At Trager Collective, we encourage customers to ask
any questions and request additional photos, videos, or information before
purchasing. Due to the nature of luxury watches and the secondary market, we do
not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing
preferences, or market fluctuations.

If a watch is materially different from its description, the
purchaser must notify Trager Collective within 48 hours of
delivery.

While we do not accept returns, we are always
interested in purchasing watches from our clients or accepting them toward a
trade.
Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business
days of payment confirmation.

All watches are shipped fully insured via FedEx
Priority Overnight to the recipient’s nearest FedEx Ship Center and require
government-issued identification and an adult signature upon pickup. A flat
shipping and insurance fee of $120 applies to all domestic orders unless
otherwise stated.

Trager Collective is not responsible for carrier
delays, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our
control. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery.
Authenticity Guarantee

Every watch sold by Trager Collective is guaranteed to
be 100% authentic.

Each timepiece is thoroughly inspected prior to sale
and may include original boxes, warranty cards, manuals, certificates, or other
documentation as described in the listing.
Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all
watches are sold as-is and are not covered by a Trager Collective warranty.

Any remaining manufacturer warranty will transfer to
the purchaser in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Terms of Service

Product descriptions, photographs, availability, and
pricing are subject to change without notice. Trager Collective reserves the
right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

We accept Shopify Payments, bank wire transfers,
Zelle, and other approved payment methods. For payment inquiries or alternative

Trager Collective shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of
this website or products purchased through it.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws
of the State of Connecticut.
